Payment & Postage

We will dispatch your order as soon as your payment has cleared.
Hunter Irrigation does not store or keep records of your credit card information. Authority for payment is given at the time of order and you will be charged for items at this time.
Postage
Hunter Irrigation only ships within Australia.
We send all our items by Australia Post And Couriers using their Satchels where applicable and boxes when needed.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information; this includes matching the address with the correct postal code as entered in the checkout process.
If for any reason the postman is unable to deliver the goods they will leave a card advising you of the unsuccessful delivery.
You, the “Customer” will need to travel to your nearest post office or collection point to collect the goods.
Return & Refund

Returns
Please note there is a 20% restocking fee on change of mind returns.
You have 14 Days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
